- Message content — the details you share in your enquiry, which may include information about an older relative's situation.
- Website usage data — collected automatically through analytics tools, covering pages visited and general browsing behaviour (no personal identifiers).
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health records, financial information, or identity documents unless you provide this voluntarily and it is directly relevant to the arrangement you are enquiring about.

- Contact form on our website, when you submit an enquiry.

- In-person conversations once an arrangement is underway, notes relevant to the service may be kept with your knowledge.
Legal basis for processing (PDPA 2010, Malaysia): We process personal data on the basis of consent (given when you submit an enquiry or agree to an arrangement), legitimate interest (for service delivery and communication), and where required, contractual necessity. We process data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information you requested.
- To discuss, set up, and manage your home support arrangement.
- To send you updates directly related to an active arrangement (visit schedules, notes, check-in summaries).

Data retention: Enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months. Records relating to active arrangements are kept for 3 years following the end of the arrangement, after which they are securely deleted.
